WBBA-FM is dedicated to providing broad outreach regarding job vacancies at the station. Full-time vacancies will be posted on the station’s website, which is currently under construction, as well as with local and state job banks including, but not limited to: Perryville Career Center, Broadcast Center, and Missouri Broadcasters Association.
The station will provide notification of all full-time job openings to local community groups that request to be informed and will continue to seek additional sources for job referrals to expand outreach efforts.
WBBA-FM will inform its employees about the station’s EEO policies and programs and will encourage their assistance in referring candidates for all full-time vacancies.
Station management will conduct an ongoing review of measures to ensure compliance with EEO requirements.
WBBA-FM will continue to offer and explore new internship opportunities for local students interested in broadcasting careers.
The station regularly participates in local job fairs and career days.
